• Replaced failing deck railing to code with stained redwood railing
• Widened entry steps, redesigned entry 
• Added and replaced lighting fixtures
• Replaced windows & added four new windows
• Replaced lot-line fence & planting bed
• Re-landscaped most of the planted yard with drought tolerant planting

Land for this project was re-subdivided from 3 lots to 2 lots. We designed and built this property from the ground up. Influence for the design derived from Caribbean and Hawaiian Islands architecture.
