Gemstone Property Solutions, LLC, is a professional real estate solutions firm that buys and sells single family homes throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa Counties and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in buying distressed properties at a significant discount, and renovating and reselling them to retail home buyers and landlords. Founded by long-time Marin County residents Susan and Phil Diamond, Gemstone Property Solutions, LLC, is excited to be part of the area's renaissance and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of the communities in which we work.
We have a solid foundation of real estate knowledge and experience, with the integrity to follow up on promises and make successful deals happen. We work with private lenders who provide funding for our projects through high interest rate, short term loans.
